Memory foam is compressed during packaging, so let it expand for 24-48 hours after unpacking before use, and avoid folding or compressing it for long periods, as this can affect its shape over time.
Care Instructions: Remove the outer cover before washing — it's machine washable in cold water on a gentle cycle, but should be air dried rather than tumble dried on high heat to protect the cooling fabric.
Never wash the memory foam core, spot clean with a lightly damp cloth and let it fully air dry before putting the cover back on. Avoid direct sunlight, and store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
Performance Note: Ice-Fibre™ cooling is woven into the fabric itself, not a surface coating, so it stays effective wash after wash as long as you follow the care instructions above.
